What I Love About Today

My favorite color combination. Dark purple sky behind flaming yellow, bright orange, and glorious green. I did a color study, on this combination, for my Color Theory class in college. I checked in my ancient portfolio to see if it was still there. Nope. Just spiders and dust.

A perfect garlic bagel. No need to explain.

A blue dog in my sketchbook - inspired by a story I heard about a little girl calling for her lost dog, "Lucille! Lucille!"
I'm sure the real Lucille is not blue, but hearing the story produced a strong desire to sob. The blue is for tears.
